
In 2010, Phil Eherenman was trained and certified by the Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) to teach the Food for Life Cooking & Nutrition Classes, and has taught them at Providence Physician Residency and Family Medicine Center in Anchorage for 3 years, and SVT Health & Wellness for 1 year in Homer, Alaska.
Since adopting a whole foods, plant-based diet in 2007, Phil has lost 40 pounds and reversed several health problems. Through years of studying nutrition and cooking with PCRM, and the personal benefits from his dietary change, Phil has developed a passion for passing on his knowledge to people empowering them to make wise food choices for optimal health and longevity.
